1. Controller and contact

The controller is Realsom, an unincorporated early-stage project based in Spain. Realsom is not currently represented as an incorporated company.

2. Information we collect

The information collected depends on the form you choose to submit.

• Early access: work email, selected language, form source, and submission timestamps.
• Contact Sales: name, work email, agency or company, optional lead-volume range, message, selected language, consent record, form source, and submission timestamps.
• Security and operational information may be processed by the hosting provider when requests reach the website.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Realsom uses the information to respond to the request you make, manage the early-access list, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, maintain security, and keep an accountable record of the request.

• Early-access information is processed on the basis of the request and consent expressed when the form is submitted.
• Contact Sales information is processed to take steps at your request before a possible commercial relationship and, where applicable, on the basis of your consent.
• Limited security and abuse-prevention processing is based on Realsom’s legitimate interest in operating a safe and reliable service.

4. Service providers and recipients

Cloudflare provides website hosting and database infrastructure. Authorized Realsom operators may access requests when necessary to respond or maintain the service.

When notification delivery is enabled, Google Workspace may be used to deliver notifications to the Realsom contact inbox. Realsom does not sell form information.

5. International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, Realsom relies on the safeguards offered by those providers, including approved contractual protections.

6. Retention

Early-access information is retained until the request is withdrawn, the early-access program concludes, or the information is no longer needed for that purpose. Contact Sales information is retained while the inquiry is active and for the limited period afterward needed for follow-up, security, accountability, or legal claims. Records are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer required.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and you may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to contact@realsom.app.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.

8. Required information and changes

Fields marked as required are necessary to process the relevant request. If they are not provided, Realsom may be unable to respond. Optional information may be left blank.

This policy may be updated when the project, providers, or processing activities change. The date above identifies the current version.
